William Owen Mulkey, Obituary (1953 - 2013)

Mr. William Owen Mulkey, Sr., 59, of Mt. Airy, MD, passed away on Sat., Jan. 12, 2013, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.Born August 12, 1953, he was the husband of Arlinda Mulkey and the son of Herbert and Fannie Mulkey. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Mulkey leaves to cherish his memory: stepmother, Brenda Mulkey; one son, Willie Mulkey Jr. (Catherine); two stepsons, Michael Kee (Cynia) and Miguel Tatum; one sister, Deborah Mulkey; three brothers, Leonard Alexander (Cynthia), Robert Mulkey, and Allen Mulkey (Zoe); and otherrelatives and friends. He was predeceased by one sister, Jacklyn Mulkey, and two brothers, Herbert Mulkey, Jr., and Richard Mulkey. Funeral services will be held on Fri., Jan.18, 2013, at noon with the family receiving friends at 11 a.m. at Jackson Chapel UMC, 5609 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick, MD. Rev.
